For the full evening of a drinks party we would normally estimate that you allow about 8 to 10 ‘bites’ per person. For pre-dinner allow 3 to 5 per person.                                            It depends on your guests appetite & the nature of the party.

All prices are based on your chosen options & the venue having suitable kitchen facilities being available.  All canapés are freshly prepared & handmade, displayed on decorative china, glass & wood. Inclusive of serviettes, decorative skewers, crockery & cutlery.
