We can also supply a range of professional catering services & service staff to set up your chosen venue serve & clear as required. We take personal responsibility for the set up & clearance.  Uniformed staff will stay at your function to ensure that all of your catering, decorating & service requests are dealt with efficiently.  You may be assured that the needs of your family & friends will be attended to.

Any of our suggested buffets can be tailored to your personal needs & requirements.  You can create your own buffet, or choose from our list of finger/canape food.

You may need to plan for staff for the convenience of 'Walk-Around Service' Staff will mingle amongst your guests serving your chosen menu from platters.  This service replaces the traditional 'Help Yourself'  The number of Staff/Servers required will depend on your number of guests, the menu choice & any special circumstances.
