Our hot food buffets include the following: Uniformed staff, white porcelain china, stainless steel cutlery, good quality white paper serviettes & white banqueting roll. All the hot food is served in white porcelain bowls. Uniformed staff will stay at your function to serve, clear & wash up. Food is kept hot & served in silver chaffing dishes using oil burning candles.
