Our Chef has 26 years experience in the catering business, 15 years in Directors Dining & he is a member of ‘The Restaurant Association of Fine Dining’.  He has also worked for Deutsche Bank & Leman Brothers in corporate catering.

Uniformed Staff will mingle with guests serving your chosen food. This service replaces the traditional 'Help Yourself ' The number of Staff/Servers required will depend on the number of guests, the food choice & any special circumstances.  You may be assured that the needs of family & friends will be attended to.

Buffets need not only be a “drop off “we can supply uniformed staff to serve & clear as required.  We take personal responsibility for the set up of your chosen food & clearance.  We will ensure that all catering & service requests are dealt with efficiently.  Any of our suggested menu’s can be tailored to personal needs & requirements.  We are more than happy to serve your home prepared food or food choice from your favourite supermarket/store.

Waitress/waiter Service from £15.00

Food/Buffet Collection Service minimum fee £75.00
Clients chosen food from a favourite supermarket/store can be collected & delivered to client’s home address or a venue of choice with a 'Lay & Leave Service'.  Client’s home prepared food can also be included in this service. Banqueting roll to cover the food table, Food platters if required, good quality disposable plates, plastic cutlery & white serviettes are provided in the price. 

Set up/Decoration Service minimum fee £85.00 
Easy entertaining can oversee & take personal responsibility for ensuring that a venue is set up. We will be in situ to ensure that the venue is laid out, decorated & set up according to client’s choices & instruction, so that on arrival of the client & guests everything is ready for the occasion.

We will clear & oversee the collection of hired items etc, at a time suitable with the client & suppliers.

Black four foot cocktail bar.  Including delivery, set up, dismantling & collection after the occasion

Bar staff from £15.00
Set up the bar area, serve, replenish the bar as required.    Bottle openers ice buckets, tongs, fresh lemon & limes are included in the price.

Drinks Service minimum fee £75.00
We to source collect & deliver drinks of your choice at the best prices available.  This is on a sale & return agreement.  Payment will be required on delivery as per shop receipts.  We will collect any items of drink unopened & undamaged at a time convenient with client, to be returned for a refund after your function.
