Easy Entertaining strive to take as much hassle out of organising an event as possible & make it a stress free occasion.  We can help plan & organise any occasion from start to finish, we can do as much or as little as required.  We pride ourselves on our quality of service & attention to detail, providing any of our services is important to us & we aim to exceed expectations.

Any of our services can be tailored to personal needs & requirements. We are here to ensure that any occasion is a very memorable & enjoyable one. 

Marquee                                                                                                               We can arrange a quotation with a highly recommend marquee comany we have worked with on several occasions.  Oversee & arrange site meetings, delivery, erection & collection if required.

Services & Hire  We can negotiate prices/quotation for the following services: Lighting, Heating, Toilets, Suitable cooking facilties, Tables, Linen, Crockery, Cutlery, Table decoration, Chairs, Chair covers, Bar, Decoration & Entertainment. We can highly recommend a DJ  & Photographer we have worked with on several occasions.

Venue Decoration & Set Up
Easy entertaining can oversee & take personal responsibility for ensuring that a venue is set up, catering & service requests are dealt with efficiently.  We will be in situ to ensure that the venue is laid out, decorated & set up according to client’s choices & instruction so that on arrival of the client & guests everything is ready for the occasion.  

We will be on site during the day/evening to provide front of house service to include meeting & greeting guests, collection of coats & gifts, managing a guest list if required.  To ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly, maintain toilets, clear glasses, bottles, general rubbish etc & to oversee the general running of the party. You may be assured that the needs of family & friends will be attended to leaving you nothing to do but relax & enjoy the occassion. 

We will oversee closure of the occasion, clearance/cleaning of the venue.
If supplied with a relevant cab list we can arrange taxis etc for your guests.

We will clear/dismantle & oversee the collection of hired items etc, at a time suitable with the client & suppliers.

Fee

Based on the scale of the above Easy Entertaining would charge a one off fee for organising any of the above.  The fee would depend on what was required of our company & the hours involved.
